Our pricing includes delivery within a 20 mile radius. Deliveries beyond 20 miles will incur an additional charge of $1 per mile.

Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom balloon decor tailored to your specific theme, color scheme, and preferences. 

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, but it's best to book our services as soon as you have your event date secured to ensure availability. Booking within 2 weeks of your event date will require a 10% fee.

We monitor weather conditions closely and take necessary precautions to ensure the safety and integrity of the balloon decor. We may recommend alternative arrangements or indoor setups if needed. 

The duration varies depending on the size and complexity of the decor. We will work with you to determine the best timing for setup and takedown, if needed. 

Yes, we provide balloon decor services for corporate events of all sizes. Whether it's a company party, grand opening, or conference, we can enhance the ambiance with our balloon decor. 

While we recommend booking in advance to secure your date, we understand that sometimes things come up last minute. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs based on availability. Booking within 2 weeks of your event date will require a 10% fee.

Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the customization or special requests. We'll provide you with a detailed quote based on your specific requirements. 

Yes! We are covered under a General Liability Policy to ensure both our business & our clients are protected in case of incident.

We can install balloon decor in almost any venue, both indoors and outdoors. However, there may be certain restrictions or limitations imposed by the venue that we will need to adhere to. We will work closely with you and the venue to ensure a smooth installation process. 

• Retainer Fees: Please note that all retainer fees are non-refundable. These fees are used to secure our services and allocate resources for your project.

• Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your service, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled service date will result in a 100% refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date will result in a 75% refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date, or no-shows, will not be eligible for any refund.

• Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your service, please contact us at least 5 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to our availability.

• In the rare event that we need to cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the retainer.

Yes, we offer complimentary consultations to discuss your balloon decor needs and preferences. We will work with you to create a customized decor plan that fits your vision and budget. 

• Keep balloons away from heat sources and direct sunlight to prevent them from popping or fading.

• Use caution when handling balloons around sharp objects or rough surfaces to avoid puncturing them.

• Dispose of balloons responsibly after your event to minimize environmental impact.
