Yes! We are covered under a General Liability Policy to ensure both our business & our clients are protected in case of incident.
We can install balloon decor in almost any venue, both indoors and outdoors. However, there may be certain restrictions or limitations imposed by the venue that we will need to adhere to. We will work closely with you and the venue to ensure a smooth installation process.
Retainer Fees: Please note that all retainer fees are non-refundable. These fees are used to secure our services and allocate resources for your project.
Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your service, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled service date will result in a 100% refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date will result in a 75% refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date, or no-shows, will not be eligible for any refund.
Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your service, please contact us at least 5 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to our availability.
In the rare event that we need to cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the retainer.
